Our office manager keeps us on track through everything we do. Ruth is recent graduate with a degree in Medical Office Administration. She has 15 years experience in customer service and management. When Ruth isn’t in the office, she can typically be found reading, crocheting blankets for homeless or on the occasional hike in the woods. She believes that “Patients come in because they are hurting and my job is to help alleviate their pain by giving them a stress-free experience.”
Francesca Lang is a fitness and nutrition professional specializing in group exercise, personal training, wellness coaching, and macro based nutritional planning. She has been a lifelong athlete, fitness, and nutrition enthusiast; actively working in the field since 2009. Francesca’s specialized certifications include: Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates, Yoga, Spin, Muscle/Strength Training, Silver Sneakers, Sports Nutrition, Personal Coaching, and Eating Disorders. She also carries a double BA in Intercultural and Organizational Communication and Sociology. Francesca worked for the YMCA of Central Florida until spring of 2015 when she left to start Cornerstone Fitness and Health, LLC. At Cornerstone Fitness she focuses on a personalized and holistic approach to fitness, health, and all around wellness of the individual or small group. Francesca’s upcoming goals and projects include seeking a certification in pre and post-natal exercise, growing the on-line training component of her business, and continuing to grow her knowledge in all areas of health and fitness. Francesca currently resides in Oviedo, Florida with her husband Richard, and her two boys, Aiden and Ryker.
A licensed Massaged Therapist, Barbara graduated from Arizona School of Massage Therapy in 2011, where she studied Russian/Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Structural Movement, Accupressure, Cranial Sacral, Reflexology, Myfacial Release, Swedish & Shiatsu. She has also trained on lymphatic massage & microcurrent point stimulation. Her passion is sports/injury, pain management & energy work. Her clients feel ease of muscle pain, decrease of stress and improvement of range of motion. Barb takes pride in educating her client’s awareness of their body’s muscle movement because they have the power to make a difference in the healing of their body.
